During each visit to SK Bukit Tadom, every group would be given a specific task to be completed. Sometimes, a few groups were given a chance to act as their relief teacher. Also, one group had tried to paint mural at the school. A few groups also managed to play games with the students there as one of the day for their visit, the students were having physical fitness subject.
For the final project, all the group A, B, C and D combined and organized Children’s Day at the school. It was such an enjoyable and meaningful experience for all the groups who organized the event.
Reflection
The students who went to SK Bukit Tadom gained a lot of experience when working with the administration there. There was also a miscommunication problem when trying to organize the Children’s Day event. However, by overcoming the problem, all the students had improved their communication skills and trained themselves to be more open minded person.
Communicating with children had taught all the students who went there to be more patient. They need to tolerate with the children there as most of the children there are very playful and active.
